Who has access?

Admin

The Admin portal is the central place where you, as owner or manager, handle everything: staff, permissions, departments and subscription. Accessible via Admin in the sidebar.

Who has access?

Only users with the Owner or Manager role can open the Admin portal. Staff don't see this section.

Admin sections

The portal is built out of clear sections:

  • Staff

    Add staff members, assign roles (owner, manager, staff), manage departments and send email invitations.

  • Modules & Access

    Activate which modules you want to use and set per staff member which modules they can open.

  • Company details

    Company name, address, opening hours, holidays — the source for scheduling, checklists and POS.

  • Subscription

    View your current plan, upgrade or change payment method. Cancel monthly with one click.

  • Audit log

    Who changed what, when. Full overview of every change in the portal.

Tip

  • Make critical changes (roles, subscription) outside service hours. Changes are active for all staff immediately.
