1. Definitions
Hops: the hospitality management platform offered by Zentoria, including all modules, apps and services.
Customer: the natural or legal person who creates an account and uses Hops.
User: any person invited by the Customer to use Hops.
Subscription: the chosen plan (Starter, Professional or Enterprise) under which the Customer accesses Hops.
Content: all data, text, images and files entered by the Customer or Users.
2. Applicability
These terms apply to all use of Hops and to all agreements between Zentoria and the Customer. By creating an account or using Hops, you agree to these terms.
3. Account and access
The Customer is responsible for managing their account and Users' access. The Customer keeps login credentials confidential. Suspected unauthorised use must be reported immediately.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly, at the Customer's choice.
All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment is via iDEAL, credit card or bank transfer through Mollie or Stripe.
Late payment triggers a 7-day payment term. After this term, access may be suspended.
The 14-day trial is free. The chosen subscription activates afterwards.
5. Use of the service
The Customer uses Hops solely for legitimate business purposes and:
Does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
Does not upload harmful, illegal or offensive content.
Does not attempt to undermine the security or integrity of the platform.
Does not use automated means (bots, scrapers) without permission.
6. Availability
Zentoria targets 99.5% availability on an annual basis. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance. Zentoria is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, including third-party outages (Cloudflare, Mollie, etc.).
7. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in Hops (software, design, documentation) rest with Zentoria. The Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable usage right for the duration of the subscription. The Customer retains ownership of their own Content.
8. Privacy and data protection
Zentoria processes personal data in accordance with GDPR. See our privacy policy for details. When processing personal data on the Customer's behalf, Zentoria acts as processor. A data processing agreement is available on request.
9. Liability
Zentoria's liability is limited to the amount of the subscription over the preceding 12 months.
Zentoria is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits.
The Customer indemnifies Zentoria against third-party claims arising from the Customer's or its Users' use of Hops.
10. Termination
The subscription can be terminated at any time via the Admin portal.
On termination, access remains active until the end of the paid period.
After termination, the Customer can export their data for 30 days.
After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.
11. Changes
Zentoria reserves the right to amend these terms. For material changes, the Customer is informed at least 30 days in advance by email. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district where Zentoria is established.
